My primary role involved ongoing maintenance of the existing system and implementation of new features to optimize business efficiency. The system itself was a combination of CRM and intranet, managing a variety of business processes, including customer, sales and claims management.

In this project, I worked with a wide range of technologies, including PHP, Laravel, Vue, RBAC (Role Based Access Control), GitFlow for version management, Git for source control, MySQL for database, TypeScript and JavaScript for front-end development, and a Kanban project management methodology was followed.

My primary responsibility was to ensure the system ran smoothly, make regular improvements to meet the changing needs of the business, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure the system was aligned with business objectives and customer satisfaction. It was an exciting challenge that allowed me to apply a wide variety of skills and technologies to achieve effective results.
