I developed a customized CRM system for a company in the health sector that is dedicated to the distribution of materials and medicines. The platform was built using advanced technologies such as Next.js on the frontend and Laravel for the backend, which was implemented as a Rest API.

To ensure security and permissions management, a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system was established. The GitFlow methodology was used for source code management, facilitating collaborative development and effective version control throughout the project.

The database was hosted on PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and scalability. The development was carried out following the principles of Scrum, which involved careful task planning and constant collaboration with the team to meet the specific requirements of the company.

This customized CRM was designed to optimize customer relationship management and improve efficiency in the distribution of materials and medicines in the healthcare sector.
