As a FullStack Developer, I was responsible for the creation and development of a complete Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This system managed all aspects related to employees and employers, including personal information, employment data, attendance tracking, payroll, pre-payroll, benefits, and schedules.

The backend was built using PHP and Laravel, which allowed for secure integration with multiple services and databases.

The system also included a robust payroll module capable of generating pre-payroll based on registered schedules and absences, as well as automatic calculation of taxes and other deductions. Additionally, the system offered an intuitive interface in React that facilitated the visualization of employee metrics, payroll reports, and other administrative tools.
